If you would like to change the date range for how many days in advance customers can make reservations on the online booking page, please refer to the instructions below and follow the steps in the Backhouse:
Access and log in to the Backhouse website
On the left sidebar, click on Bookings > Basic Settings
Under Store/Branch Settings, select the branch you wish to modify. If there is only one branch, click on Untitled
In the Booking Window section, adjust the desired date range
After completing the settings, remember to hit Save in the upper right corner of the page
＊Please Note:
This date range will roll forward each day. For example, if today the reservations are open until January 1st, tomorrow they will be open until January 2nd, and so on.
The system opens a new day at 00:00. If your restaurant has specific needs and would like to change this time, please contact customer support for assistance.
This setting can be set for up to 366 days. If your restaurant requires a period longer than 366 days, please contact customer support for assistance.
