If your restaurant would like to adjust the number of group size customer allowed per booking on the online booking page, please refer to the following steps and images for guidance and proceed in the Backhouse:
Log in to the Backhouse > Select Bookings on the left menu
Under Basic Settings > Store/Branch settings > click on the branch you would like to modify. If you have only one branch, click on Untitled
In Group Size Limit, you can adjust the number of pax by dragging the slider left or right
After completing the settings, remember to hit Save in the top right corner of the page

You may set minimum of 1 pax, maximum of 30 pax. If your restaurant has special requirements and needs to set a limit beyond 30 pax, please contact customer support for assistance.
This setting applies only to Online Booking. If you would like to adjust the number of pax for Online Queuing, please contact customer support for further assistance.
