Setting Up Online Queuing Hours
If you would like to set up Queuing hours, kindly refer to the following instructions and modify in Backhouse :
Login Backhouse > Company Settings > Click Edit.
In Basic Settings > Store/Branch Settings > select the branch that you want to modify. If there is only one branch, click Untitled.
Locate the section titled Queuing & kiosk opening Hours, enable the buttons then set the opening hours for Lunch and Dinner separately.
Once the setting is completed, the specified opening hours will be displayed on the queuing page. During the opening hours, customers are able to create a queuing through the webpage.
＊Please note: If your queuing hours extend past midnight, please contact customer support for further assistance.
If you only need to open one meal period, you can simply enable either Lunch or Dinner and disable the button for the other period.
Queuing Webpage and QR Code
To obtain the online queuing link for your restaurant, please refer to the instructions and images below and make the changes in Backhouse:
Login Backhouse > Company Settings > Click Edit.
In Basic Settings > Store/Branch Settings > select the branch that you want to modify. If there is only one branch, click Untitled.
On the right side of Online queuing URL, click Copy Link.
If you would like to create a QR code for customers to join the queuing online, you can copy this queuing URL and use an online QR code generator to create it. This allows customers to scan the code outside the restaurant and join the queuing themselves.
