How to set up waitlist auto-convert?

You may set up waitlist auto-convert at backhouse, please check by following steps :

  1. Login Backhouse

  2. Company > Edit > App Features > enable waitlist auto-convert > edit how many days before dining time of Send auto-convert notification and Patron reply deadline > Save

    Example:
    If the Send auto-convert notification Before dining date was 2 days, and Patron reply deadline was 6 hours, then the system will send SMS / email to notify client automatically 2 days before the dining date. If a client doesn’t reply within 6 hours, the qualification will be canceled and the next client who meets the criteria will make up for it.
