Please refer to below steps and set up via ipad :
Click Settings > Tables > Floor Plan Configuration
Select New Floor Plan and key in floor plan name > click again and enter floor plan
Long press the table and drag it into floor plan from No Table(s) Assigned section
You can design your floor plan with icons from New Item
Click Done to save
