How to receive notification on iPad if there's new order created?

You can set up notification through inline apps and ipad's settings

If you'd like to set up notification when new order created, please refer to the following steps and modify on iPad :

inline app's notification：

  1. Click Settings > System Settings > check out System notification rules

  2. Turn on New order notification then all done (button in orange)

  3. When order created, please make sure the notification sound is keep open (the speaker symbol)

  4. Remember to check iPad's sound is open
    ​


​If inline app is open and place in background :

  1. Click iPad's Settings > Notifications > find inline

  2. Turn on Allow Notifications > choose Alerts showing form (suggested select Banners and Banner Style select Persistent )

  3. Remember turn on Sounds

  4. After set up, there will be a continuous notification banner keep showing on iPad
