If you would like to set new business hours starting next month and accept bookings according to the new hours, you can use the Business Settings in the iPad inline App. The principle behind this method is to change the default module to the new business hours, ensuring that future dates apply the new hours while setting the old business hours as a specific date module to ensure this month's dates remain open with the old hours.
Detailed steps are as follows:
iPad inline App > Settings > Business Settings
Add a new business hours module named Business Hours Before ◯.
(If your restaurant needs to distinguish between Weekdays and Weekends, please add two business hours modules, for example, one called Weekdays Before ◯ and another called Weekends Before ◯.
In the new module, set the current, pre-change business hours.
Scroll down to the small calendar and select the dates before ◯ to apply these hours (if you have added two business hours modules to distinguish between Weekdays and Weekends, one module needs to select the weekday dates, and the other module needs to select the weekend dates).
Return to the previous page by tapping the orange <Business Settings at the top of the screen to save, and double-check that the new module was successfully added.
Update the original default Weekdays and Weekends business hours to the new business hours.
After updating, go to Settings > Booking Management to open the time slots and tables for the new module, ensuring that both the new and old modules are correctly set up.
Once the setup is complete, the new business hours will automatically apply starting next month, and the corresponding booking time slots will open according to the new hours. You can double-check the reservation time slots on the booking page to ensure they are correctly open.
