Go to inline App > Order > Ready > choose the order and tap Cancel > No show (blacklist and non-refundable) > Confirm
If you want to make a refund but at the same time also want to add this customer to the blacklist, please follow the steps below:
Go to inline App > Order > Ready > choose the order and tap Cancel > Other > Confirm, then contact inline Customer Support for adding the cusotmer to blacklist afterwards.
