If you'd like to set up cuisine type, please refer to the following steps and modify in backhouse :
Login Backhouse > Company > Click Edit
Click Basic Settings > Select the Tags under Company section
Hit Save after all set up done
After set up will show at the online booking page > Restaurant Info > Cuisine column
