How to set up dissatisfied survey response's notification?

If you'd like to set up dissatisfied survey response's notification, please refer to the following steps and modify in Backhouse :

  1. Login Backhouse

  2. Click on Company > move your mouse pointer beside your company name and press Edit

  3. Click on App Features > Store/Branch Settings > select the branch > Survey

  4. Turn on the toggle of Send notification when survey response is dissatisfied

  5. Set up notification receiving email at Notification recipient

  6. Hit Save after all set up done
