Restaurants can decide whether to enable the Check-in feature for reservations and queueing. When reservation customers arrive early or queueing customers return to the restaurant after receiving a notification, restaurants can use the Check-in feature to mark the customers as check-in but not yet seated.
If you would like to Enable/Disable Check-in feature, you may set it by iPad by the following steps:
inline App > Settings > System Settings
Enable/Disable Check-in Feature
You may check-in the customer in Today's List:
Today's List > Swipe right to Check-in
If you would like to undo Check-in, you may swipe left to Cancel Check-in
