You may disable item note by following steps, then customer could not make note for each item:

Go to <a href="https://myinline.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Backhouse</a>

Press General Settings &gt; Other Settings &gt; Disable item note &gt; Save

2. Click on Online Ordering
3. Press General Settings &gt; Other Settings &gt; Disable item note &gt; Save
