If you'd like to set up free item promotion for online ordering, please refer to the following steps and modify in backhouse :
Login Backhouse > Online Ordering > Promotion settings
Click Add Promotion > Select Free item promotion
Key in the Promotion name, minimum spend to get the free item and other settings
Kindly take note that the free item that apply in this promotion must be an existed item in backhouse.
Before add in the item, kindly create the item in Item/Set
Hit Save to done the settings
