Login <a href="https://www.myinline.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Backhouse</a>

choose Surveys &gt; click on one survey &gt; Analysis Report you could check Statistics, Complaints to be handled, Satisfaction survey

Through Details you could check Dissatisfied responses and decide to contact the customer or not
