How to View a Customer's Visit History and Edit Their Information Through the App's Customer Profile Card?

Guidance on how to view a customer's booking history and edit their information through their Customer Profile Card on iPad inline App.

If you would like to view and edit a specific customer's information, please refer to the instructions and images below and operate on the iPad:

  1. Open the inline App > Book

  2. In the List, select any booking made by this customer. In the left rectangular box, tap on the customer's name, icon, or phone number to open the Customer Profile Card.

  3. In this screen, you can view the customer's total number of visits, No Show counts, adjust the customer's VIP status by clicking the VIP label, and add or remove Customer Tags, Customer Notes, and Photo Library shared across multiple branches.

  4. Tap ✎ Information on the right side to modify the customer's birthday, mobile number, email, and other information. After making adjustments, be sure to hit Save.

  5. Scroll down to view the History, which includes this customer's booking details across all branches, as well as takeout and delivery records.

  6. You can also view the customer's Total Spending, which is derived from POS data (if integrated), and the amounts from the customer's previous takeout and delivery orders.

*Please note: Customer information, tags, and notes are set at the company level, and any changes will be reflected across all branches under the same company.
