How to Check Out Patrons/Groups Capacity on Different Booking Period?

Guidance on how to view the number/groups of reservations for different meal periods using the Calendar on iPad App

If you'd like to check out patrons/groups capacity on different booking period, please refer to the following steps and check it via your iPad inline App:

  1. If your business hour is separated into two sessions or more, you can check the patrons/groups capacity at Book

  2. You can change the display between Patrons and Groups on the bottom right corner.

*Reminder: If a booking/waitlist/walk-in is created outside of the business hours on that day, it will not appear on the calendar.

Color indications

Red bar: Bookings fully booked for this dining period.

Gray bar: Bookings from past dates.

Yellow bar: Lunch period has bookings, but seats are not fully booked.

Blue bar: Dinner period has bookings, but seats are not fully booked.
