Queueing Now Available on Web — Greater Flexibility for On-Site Management 📊
To provide merchants with more flexibility across different devices and operational scenarios, the queueing feature, previously available only on the iPad app, has now been fully extended to the web platform: https://host.inline.app/ (accessible via both mobile and desktop browsers).
Merchants are no longer restricted to a specific device and can manage queueing anytime, anywhere. All queue data is synchronized in real time across devices, helping streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
🔁 Queueing Toggle: Adjust Based on Real-Time Conditions
With the web version, merchants can easily enable or disable the queueing feature at any time, allowing quick adjustments based on peak and off-peak traffic.
⏱️ Estimated Wait Time: Manage Customer Expectations
This update also supports adjusting the Estimated Wait Time on the web. Merchants can dynamically set wait times based on current queue volume, table turnover rate, and kitchen pace, ensuring customers receive more accurate expectations.
🔗 Manual Queue Entry: Fast and Seamless Queueing Management
Merchants can now quickly create queue entries via the web by simply entering the customer’s name and pax size. The system will automatically display queue number, estimated wait time, and elapsed waiting time.
📣 Guest Notification (Call & Display): Multi-Channel Alerts
Once a table is ready, merchants can notify guests directly via the web using either:
Call Queue Number (displayed on a queue screen), or
Automated Phone Call, allowing customers to respond via keypad to confirm or cancel their table.
Added a "⋯" action menu that consolidates common operations, allowing merchants to quickly perform actions such as edit, tag, check-in, and seat guests.
The web-based queueing feature is not enabled by default. If you do not see this feature after logging in, please contact inline support and provide the following information for activation:

🌟 Feature Enhancement: Manual Dining Time Adjustment
When creating a booking, the system will automatically apply the branch’s default dining time. Merchants can manually adjust the dining duration within a range of 5 - 240 minutes, or set it to No limit to accommodate different operational needs.
Once a booking is created, the dining time will be displayed in the left-hand details panel. Merchants can also update the dining time when editing a booking, and all changes will be logged in the Booking Records to ensure transparency and easy tracking.

🌟 Feature Update: Flexible Editing for Bookings with Pre-orders on Web
To enhance operational flexibility, the current web version now allows restaurants to edit bookings even if they include pre-order items. Since the web version does not yet support full pre-order functionality, the system will not automatically calculate daily or time-slot meal availability.
