Let's take a look back at the exciting updates and review the evolution of our versions.

v. 10.21.0

Release Date: May 19, 2026

🌟 Feature Enhancement: Updated Birthday Display Logic in Booking List

Updated the booking List and Customer Profile Card to display third-party membership birthday information, while keeping inline manually edited birthday data as the primary editable source.

v. 10.6.0

Release Date: December 9, 2025

🌟 Feature Enhancement: Manual Dining Time Adjustment

When creating a booking, the system will automatically apply the branch’s default dining time. Merchants can manually adjust the dining duration within a range of 15 - 240 minutes, or set it to No limit to accommodate different operational needs.

Once a booking is created, the dining time will be displayed in the left-hand details panel. Merchants can also update the dining time when editing a booking, and all changes will be logged in the Booking Records to ensure transparency and easy tracking.

v. 10.1.0

Release Date: October 28, 2025

🌟 Feature Enhancement: SMS Sending Policy Update

In accordance with the latest regulations issued by the National Communications Commission (NCC), effective November 1, 2025, all corporate SMS messages sent to Taiwan mobile numbers must clearly indicate the sender information. SMS that fail to comply may be blocked by telecom operators and cannot be delivered.

In cases where customers do not have a LINE account or have disabled LINE Official Notifications, the system will continue to notify customers via SMS. To ensure all system SMS are successfully delivered and comply with NCC regulations, inline will adopt the following two standardized SMS prefixes:

  • System Notifications (e.g., Booking, Queuing, or Order notifications)
    Example: inline Notify:◯◯◯◯◯

  • Marketing SMS (Marketing SMS that require purchasing credits before sending)
    Example: inline 代發:◯◯◯◯◯

This adjustment applies only to Taiwan mobile numbers. Due to the short transition period before the new regulation takes effect, inline will enhance monitoring during this phase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
