How to download or update the inline App?

Just a few steps to keep your app up-to-date and running smoothly!

To ensure your restaurant always has the best experience and the latest features during daily operations, we recommend regularly updating or reinstalling the inline App. Below is a quick guide on how to update the app and important notes to keep in mind.

Update inline App

You can update the app by visiting the App Store through the link below:

The inline App is only supported on iPad, and is not available for download on mobile phones or Android tablets.
If you are using any of those devices, you may use the ➡️ web version first for basic operations.

If you are using a Mac with an M1 system or later, you can also try downloading the inline App on your laptop.


Reinstalling the inline App

To ensure stable performance and proper data syncing, we recommend deleting and reinstalling the inline App every six months.
This helps clear cached data, improve app performance, and prevent issues that may occur due to outdated versions.

Before deleting the app, please make sure you have the following information ready:

  • Your Apple ID password, which is required to download the app again from the App Store

  • Your inline account login details, so you can sign back into the inline App after reinstalling


Check your current App version

You can check the version you’re using by tapping the “?” icon at the bottom left corner of the app.
Compare it with the version number shown in the App Store to confirm whether you’re on the latest version.
