If you need to modify online booking for a specific day, such as opening/closing a particular time slot or enabling/disabling a specific table, and you don’t have an iPad on hand, you can make these adjustments using a mobile device or computer. Please refer to the following instructions and images for guidance:
Go to the web version: https://host.inline.app/
In the left-side List menu, use the date calendar at the top to navigate to the specific date you want to adjust.
After selecting the date, click Booking Management in the upper right corner.

Adjusting Available Time Slots Online Booking
If you need to enable or disable certain time slots, click Edit under Time Slots for Online Booking.
This section displays all available online booking slots.
You can toggle the slots by clicking on them (Orange background with white text = enabled; White background with orange text = disabled).
After making adjustments, click Apply to save the changes.
Adjusting Available Tables for Online Booking
If you need to modify table availability, click Edit under Tables for Online Booking.
Tables are grouped based on the time slots they are open for booking.
You can edit the open time slots for existing groups or modify which tables are included in a specific group.
To disable a specific group of tables, delete the online booking time slots assigned to that group.
To add a new time slot for tables that are currently unavailable, click + Add in the upper right corner to create a new time slot group.
＊Please note: The available time slots shown here will only reflect the business hours set for that day. If you need to extend business hours for a specific date, this must be done via the iPad. Please refer to: How to Extend Business Hours and Online Reservation Time Slots for a Specific Day
Saving Changes
After adjusting the time slots and tables, click Apply. Be sure to also click Save Changes for the adjustments to be applied to the entire regular module's online booking availability. It’s recommended to check the customer-facing online booking page to verify if the changes have been successfully applied.
