Quick Search for Available Tables
This feature helps merchants find available reservation tables efficiently through a seamless web interface.
By entering the number of guests and filtering by business hours or specific dates, you can quickly find available tables that match your needs.
For restaurants with set dining time limits, the system further supports filtering tables with shorter dining times. Moreover, based on your group size, it will recommend a single table or a set of multiple tables that meet a full dining time in the "Quick Add Suggestions”.
Easily bring the number of guests, date, time, and selected table(s) from Find Table to the reservation creation form.

🌟 We have enhanced some features relating to customer profiles and deposits
The customer section of the reservation detail page now syncs with the notes you’ve made for that customer in the inline app.
The buttons of "Pending Refund" and "Refunded" in the deposit module are now displayed in steps to ensure that when you process a deposit refund, you won't accidentally click "Refunded" before marking the deposit as "Pending Refund," which could disrupt the refund process.

Deposit Feature

HostWeb now supports Deposit features!
When you create a booking, you can collect deposits by choosing to add credit card or bank transfer. You can also edit the deposit amount along with the due date in order to secure and minimize No-show.
Each deposit required booking has a status tag via Pending, Paid, Refunded…etc. for your reference, in which you can easily determine which ones should be charged and/or reach out to.
