We’ve added the net revenue column to the Takeouts/Deliveries Report. This can help you quickly calculate the revenue after deducting refunded orders.

The date filter option Refund time has been changed to Restaurant refund time on the Takeouts/Deliveries Report. The change was introduced to clarify the time refers to when a refund is initiated and not when your patron receives the refund.

Patrons’ email details are added to the order information column and can be exported in the CSV file version of the Takeouts/Deliveries Report. If the patron didn’t leave an email, it will be shown as a hyphen (-).
