🌟 New Features

Takeout/Delivery order item capacity control

In order to provide more flexible order item adjustments for takeout and delivery, we have rolled out a more complete order item capacity management. Restaurants can set the number of different meal items in a menu for each day and achieve the following:

  1. Set every order item capacity by day


    Set up the maximum quantity of item for sale as 20 to prevent over-ordering.

  2. Customize different menu for sale by day


    Easily customize default menu items for sale by activating/deactivating items in different menus in Settings > Food Order Management

  3. Set whether items are for sale or sold out whenever you want & Stocktaking

  • Turn off the item under [Order] > [Daily Order Item Management] to hide it from online ordering website on that day promptly.

  • View daily item selling amount at a glance in Daily Order Item Management.

Search Feature for Takeout & Delivery Orders

Wanna quick search for an order in ease? We are rolling out the search feature for food orders. You can search an order by just typing order ID, patron name, patron phone number or email; furthermore, one tap on the order result and you will be directly leaded to the order detail. Easy peasy!

🌟 New Features

Optimize the daily report for delivery and takeout

In addition to the total revenue, it also shows the amount of meals, delivery fee paid by patrons, discount of the orders, other (service charges, taxes, and surcharge for the order) and the amount of refunds.

And in the refund section, it shows the amount of refund, refunding and refund failed.

The inline delivery couriers goes out!

Due to the strong demand for delivery services, inline has also arranged its own dedicated fleet to provide more immediate and professional food delivery service. When a delivery order is matched with inline courier, there will be an "in" icon at the top of the order for easy identification.

Supports “Get $X for every $Y spent” display on the order

Since we now support “Get $X for every $Y spent” promotion, every order that applied this promotion will also shows the discount detail in the APP.

🌟 New Features

All new floor plan display, view all daily bookings at a glance.

We are rolling out a new All Turns mode for the floor plan view; once triggered on the bottom right side of the screen, merchants can see all bookings for the day and turnover status.

Additionally, merchants can now simply click on tables to create bookings and change booking times for future dates:

Scroll on the timeline on the top to filter out past bookings while survey availabilities for specific times:

  1. Orange outline + text: Table available for a full booking

  2. Gray text: Table available for a partial booking<br>Text suggestions can help merchants maximize table turnovers

We’ve also optimized the Booking List on the left. Regardless of future or past bookings, merchants can now expand the list to check on bookings on a specific date and click on bookings to lay out seating arrangements in advance, maximizing table management efficiency.

There is now a filter option on the Booking List to filter out unassigned bookings for future seating arrangements and ushering.

We are also planning more cool new functions, so stay tuned!

🌟 Bug Fixed

  • Optimized to find a match for the guest when entering a phone number

  • Fixed a situation that caused a crash when the meal time is negative

🌟 New Features

Display Waitlist Guests/Groups and push notifications to Set as BKG on calendar.

Optimized the current Waitlist feature by adding the Waitlist Guests/Groups on the Calendar and have push notifications to Set as BKG when there are vacant tables.


You can turn this feature on under System Settings → Push notification options → Set as BKG


PS: When a table is vacant, system will not automatically fill in with a Waitlist Guest, you will need to manually convert the Waitlist Guest to Booking.

Added the “Allow Marketing SMS” button

Due to some customers’ unwillingness to receive marketing SMS from restaurants, or because of customers that registered due to COVID protocols are unsuited as marketing target audience, restaurants can now turn on or turn off the marketing SMS feature through customer profile!


By default, “Allow Marketing SMS” is turned on; if this feature is turned off for a certain customer, our system will automatically highlight said customer in backhouse’s Customer List. When restaurants send out any SMS, the system will automatically filter out these customers, ensuring the rights for both parties.

  • Drastically enhanced system stability

  • Fixed issue that causes status error when online ordering/takeout feature is turned off

  • Other feature optimization and bug fixes
