Restaurants using Pre-order or Experience can now also join, allowing businesses that previously could not gain exposure through Google to appear in Google Search and booking entry points, increasing brand visibility and customer acquisition opportunities.

When customers select time slots that require Pre-order or Experience, the system will display a redirect icon and automatically carry over booking details, including date, party size, and table tags, to the inline booking page, allowing customers to seamlessly complete the remaining booking process

v. 8.62.0

Release Date: July 14, 2026

🌟 Feature Enhancement: Added Display for Customized Personal Titles

Added support for applying branch-configured customized personal titles to reports and customer records, instead of relying only on gender-based default titles. Customized personal titles are now displayed across Backhouse Daily Report, Patrons, Deposit Report, Takeout & Delivery Report, Survey Management, and the Patron's end booking page.

If merchants would like to add other customized titles, please contact the Customer Support team for assistance.

v. 8.58.0

Release Date: June 16, 2026

🌟 Feature Refinement: Added Order Ticket Printing Mode Setting

A new Order Ticket Printing Mode setting is now available for Eats365 integrations. Integrated merchants can navigate to Bookings > Basic Settings > Customer Ticket Printing Count in Backhouse to choose between Print One Ticket or Print the Same Number of Tickets as tables.

When Print the Same Number of Tickets as Tables is selected, the system will automatically distribute the party size evenly across the assigned tables and generate separate orders when syncing reservations to Eats365.
