🌟 Feature Refinement: Default Marketing Opt-in Checkbox for Customer Consent
To help merchants more effectively collect customer consent for receiving marketing notifications, the Marketing Opt-in Checkbox on online booking, queuing, and ordering pages is now enabled by default.
Customers can actively check the option: "I want to receive offers and news from ◯◯◯ and related venues.“ If a customer does not select this option, they can still successfully make an online booking. In Backhouse, the Marketing messages sent via other channels” field will be marked as Do Not Disturb, preventing the merchant from sending additional marketing messages through other channels.
Merchants that wish to hide this option can contact Customer Support at any time for adjustment.

🌟 Feature Refinement: Expanded Language Support for Kiosk
Expanded Language Support for Kiosk
The Kiosk App now provides interface support according to the language settings in Backhouse, allowing merchants to offer a more flexible multilingual experience. When a customer switches languages, the system will automatically apply the selected language to subsequent notifications and ticket displays.

Call by Customer’s Preferred Language
A new Call in Patron’s Preferred Language option has been added to the Online Queues section in Backhouse. When enabled, the web-based calling board will display calls in the following order:
First, call in the language selected by the customer when drawing the ticket.
Afterwards, call again in the language originally set on the web-based calling board.
This update makes the calling process more aligned with customers’ language preferences, enhancing the overall user experience.
