If you want to refund all or partial refund of an order, please check by following steps:
Click on the specific order > press V sign beside the price > press Refund
Enter reason > Amount to be refunded > Swipe to confirm
After swipe to confirm refund, the sign beside price will become Refunding for two business days, after system process the refund, it will shows Refund accepted (customer will receive refund by the paying card within 7-20 business days depend on their bank)
Important : One order only can refund once by iPad
