If you'd like to upload queuing call or call helper audio files, please refer to the following steps and modify them in the backhouse :
Login Backhouse > Company Settings > Click Edit
Click Audio Files > change all branches' audio files in the Company section; change individual branch audio files, kindly select the branch name at Store/Branch Settings
Only accept MP3 format
If you want to upload different language audio files, kindly change the language selection on the left
Hit Save after all uploaded
