If you'd like to upload queuing call or call helper audio files, please refer to the following steps and modify them in the backhouse :

Login <a href="http://www.myinline.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Backhouse</a> &gt; Company Settings &gt; Click Edit

Click Audio Files &gt; change all branches' audio files in the Company section; change individual branch audio files, kindly select the branch name at Store/Branch Settings

If you want to upload different language audio files, kindly change the language selection on the left

2. Click Audio Files &gt; change all branches' audio files in the Company section; change individual branch audio files, kindly select the branch name at Store/Branch Settings
3. Only accept MP3 format
4. If you want to upload different language audio files, kindly change the language selection on the left
5. Hit Save after all uploaded
