Booking and queuing information in List View, Timeline View, and Tablemap View now includes the reserve time and who reserved the booking or queuing entry. This helps merchants identify whether a booking or queuing entry was reserved by the guest or the restaurant, and when the reserve action took place, making it easier to manage seating arrangements and queuing guests. The layout has also been streamlined to reduce unnecessary whitespace and provide a cleaner, clearer view of reservation information.

Updated the booking List and Customer Profile Card to display third-party membership birthday information, while keeping inline manually edited birthday data as the primary editable source.
