If food delivery using auto matching service, before we match the driver for you, and you would like to find a driver by yourselves or customer want to pick up by themselves, please follow the steps to stop matching.
Caution:
If the iPad already shows the matching driver's information or the time is quite close to the pick up time(in 15 minutes), please contact inline customer support to help you stop the driver matching.
Steps:
Click on the three dots in Delivery bar
Click Switch to Schedule Delivery Manually
Confirm Switch to Schedule Delivery Manually
(below steps will stop auto matching and if you want to edit more, please check as below)Edit manual delivery driver info
Select Delivery Method
Share the link of location (or not)
Enter note to patron
Hit Save
