If your restaurant would like to send additional SMS to customers as part of a marketing campaign to attract them back, you can follow the steps below after purchasing points:
Go and log in to the Backhouse webpage
In the left-side menu, click on Patrons. You can filter customer criteria in the Patron List section
After filtering, click Send SMS to go to the SMS editing screen
On the SMS editing page, enter the Campaign Name and SMS Content. The text box will automatically calculate the character count and the number of points needed for each message
You can preview how the SMS will appear on a mobile device using the interface on the right side
You can manually enter a phone number to send a SMS and see how it will display
At the bottom, you can preview the points and the number of messages to be sent. Once you've confirmed the content, click Send Now
Marketing SMS sending takes approximately a few minutes to an hour. Once completed, the system will update the results. It is recommended to check the results in SMS Record tab after an hour

Test SMS will be sent and will consume marketing points.
You can only filter recipients based on existing conditions and cannot manually select specific customers to send to
