You can now sort data quickly on the Takeouts/Deliveries Report through the Column Settings feature. You can select and display only the columns most relevant to your business.

We’ve added the net revenue column to the Takeouts/Deliveries Report. This can help you quickly calculate the revenue after deducting refunded orders.

The date filter option Refund time has been changed to Restaurant refund time on the Takeouts/Deliveries Report. The change was introduced to clarify the time refers to when a refund is initiated and not when your patron receives the refund.

Patrons’ email details are added to the order information column and can be exported in the CSV file version of the Takeouts/Deliveries Report. If the patron didn’t leave an email, it will be shown as a hyphen (-).

The modifier details are now shown on Takeouts/Deliveries Report and can be exported in the CSV file version of the Takeouts/Deliveries Report. You can view the modifier item and price details.

We've added tooltips to describe the information shown in each column, so you can get a clear idea of the type of data being viewed.

The following wordings for reservation statuses in Backhouse’s Daily Report have been changed:

Fixed: All reservations created through the Internet were counted as New Patrons in Patron Retention Rate view of Overview in Backhouse.
