Customer placed an order, if restaurant didn't accept the order immediately ; there will be an automatic reminder call to restaurant's phone (every 3 minutes / per call)
If you want to enable / disable this function, please follow the steps :
Login Backhouse
Online Ordering > General Settings > Other Settings > Reminder Settings
Turn on / off Disable/Enable incoming order notification and hit Save on the top of right
