If your restaurant would like to set up the online booking house rules popup on the Company Page, please follow these steps in the Backhouse:
Go to and log in to the Backhouse webpage
From the left menu, select Descriptions > Choose Booking Page at the top
Click the branch dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the screen and select the top name in the menu, which is the Company Name
Ensure that the Current editing level indicated in Image 2 matches the company name in Image 1
Find the corresponding field for booking house rules (default is the third field):

houseRulesEnter the text into the field and hit Save to complete the setup
After making the adjustments, when customers select an online booking time on the company page, a house rules popup will automatically appear. Customers must check I Have Read and Accepted to proceed to complete the booking. Please refer to Image 3 for the screen appearance.
＊Please Note: This setting will only apply to one language. If you would like to customize the house rules text for other languages, switch to different languages under the Current editing level and set up the house rules for each language separately.
