How to set up whether to show or hide the booking note for your customer?

  1. Login Backhouse > Bookings > Basic Settings

  2. Store/Branch Settings > Enable the toggle of Hide patron booking note

  3. Click Save

Normally when not hidden, the booking note entered by patron shows here on their side:
