When you need to perform refund, please follow below steps, and login to your bank account to process the refund.
Deposits > Paid > choose one record > Slide to refund> input refund amount
Login to your own Bank/Stripe account to process the refund
Deposits > Pending > Pend. Refund > choose one record > Slide to refund> Yes
To check the refunded ones, you may go to Refunded
CAUTION:
You need to make the actual refund to customer from restaurant's bank account
When you finish above steps, please login to your own Bank/Stripe account to process the refund, when done, follow below steps to complete the process.
