If you'd like to set up weekday and weekend menu separately, please refer to the following steps and modify on iPad :
Click Settings > Food Order Management > Default Menu > + New
Enter the module's name, etc : Weekday > Tick each of the day Mon-Fri > press Done
Press Order item capacity control (Not set up yet) of Weekday module
Open the item that you want to enable on Weekday module > press Done to save
*Kindly follow above steps to set up weekend's menu too
